Pre-Separate dust from flakes to maximize your quality
The T-Cleaner separates “the bad” from “the good”. Operating inline on your material flow, the T-Cleaner separates the undesired materials (like dust) from the acceptable material.
The selection is done by means of specific weight of the passing material.
A finer tuning can be accomplished to accept “more” or “less” light materials by just operating a handle.
The lighter materials come out from the top exit while the heavier material exit from below.

These pictures show a typical result of a material separation by a T-Cleaner. In this example the lighter flakes are completely separated from the desired product.
The application can be reversed. The T-Cleaner can be used to remove heavy materials (like stones) from the desired product, using the top exit as a clean exit and the one on the bottom as a waste exit.
