Davis-Standard’s PolyCycle integrated-component system will take any plastic waste you can throw at it.
These heavy-duty, high-output recycling machines readily accept plastic waste from multiple sources including bales, roll stock, gaylord or tote, and purgings. Our design expertise and process experience allows us to design your system from scrap to pellet.
Scrap-to-Pellet
Fully configurable, PolyCycle systems incorporate the recycling equipment you need to make a productive reclaim line for your plastic waste needs of today and tomorrow. These systems are designed with maximum flexibility to allow for the constant changes in materials and supply. A typical system includes an in-feed conveyor, shredder, metal detector, intermediate storage hopper(s), automated extruder feed system, continuous melt filter, and pelletizer. Additional system hardware, such as washing/sorting, conveying and bulk loading, is available to suit application requirements.
Flexible component supply: Extruders are selected from the broad Davis-Standard recycling machines catalog. Other line components are engineered, fabricated, and supplied to process design criteria and know-how specific to your current and anticipated future plastic waste needs.
